Kuih Lapis Ubi

Kuih Lapis Ubi

Bahan-bahan :
  1 kg ubi yang telah dikupas
 350 ml santan
 200 gr gula pasir
100g kelapa parut putih - yg muda
  7gr agar-agar  -warna putih
  1 sdt garam
 Pewarna makanan merah hijau kuning

 Bahan taburan (campur, kukus 10 menit) :
  150 gr kelapa parut putih - yg muda
  1/4 sdt garam
2 helai daun pandan
 Cara membuat :
 1. Parut ubi .Peras ubi menggunakan kain bersih, namun jangan sampai ubi terlalu kering (sekitar 2x gerakan memeras).
 2. Campur gula pasir, garam, dan agar-agar  dalam wadah. gaul rata. Masukkan santan, gaul kembali hingga tercampur rata
 3. Masukkan parutan ubi ,kelapa parut  gaul  hingga  rata.
 4. Bagi  adonan menjadi 3 bagian, beri warna.
 5. Panaskan kukusan berisi air hingga mendidih.  sapukan sedikit minyak masak kedlm  loyang .
 6. Masukkan lapisan warna merah ke dalam loyang, kukus selama 20 menit dengan api sedang.
 7. Masukkan lapisan warna hijau (menimpa lapisan merah) ke dalam loyang, kukus selama 20 menit.
 8. Masukkan lapisan warna kuning (menimpa lapisan hijau) ke dalam loyang, kukus selama 40 menit (sampai bagian kuning tidak berair lagi).
 9. Angkat dari kukusan, dinginkan terlebih dahulu sebelum di potong-potong. Taburi dengan kelapa parut saat disajikan.

Apam Mekar


Apam Mekar

• 250 gm tepung gandum

• 230 gm gula castor

• 2 biji telur

• 1 cawan aiskrim soda (minuman bikarbonat)

• 1 sudu teh esen vanila

• 1 sudu teh ovalette

• sedikit pewarna kegemaran 

Pukul telur, gula, esen vanila dan ovallete hingga kembang. Masukkan tepung dan aiskrim soda secara berselang-seli. Setelah sebati bahagi kan kpd beberapa mangkuk dan warnakan mengikut citarasa. Masukkan dlm cup cake dan kukus selama 15 minit. Pastikan kukus telah betul2 panas dan airnya telah mendidih barulah dikukus supaya apamnyer nantik cantik dan mekar.

Udang Petai Belado

Udang  Petai Belado

10 ekor udang besar (dibersihkandan digoreng di dalam minyak panas hingga setengah masak)
30gm petai (dibelah dua dan celur dalam minyak dan angkat)


sambal belado..
100gm cili merah*
20gram cili padi- nak pedas blh tambah*
80gm bawang merah*
20gm bawang putih*
*yang bertanda ni dikisar
2 batang serai -diketuk
5 gm daun limau perut
10ml jus perahan limau kasturi
garam dan gula mengikut cita rasa..

cara..
1. panas kan minyak  didalam kuali dan tumis bahan kisar serta daun limau dan serai
2.harus sentiasa menggaul hingga bahan garing dan pecah minyak
3.Masukkan jus limau serta garam dan gula, kemudian gaul rata.

Bahan-bahan ( loyang 10x10 inci. )
Bahan A - dimasak hingga mendidih dan sejukkan,tapis.
 1 cawan gula pasir
1 1/2 cawan gula merah
500ml air
 1 sudu kecil garam
 3 helai daun pandan - disimpul

Bahan B - di satukan di dlm sebuah mangkuk
 1 1/2 cawan tepung beras (cap gajah)
 1 1/2 cawan tepung ubi
 1/2 cawan tepung jagung
 800ml santan (400ml santan kara + 400ml air)
2 sudu besar air kapur

Cara-cara
Masak bahan A hingga mendidih, biarkan suam dan tapiskan.
Dalam mangkuk yg lain, satukan bahan B.
Bahan A dan B di satukan dan digaul rata dan ditapis lagi.
Masak adunan hingga naik wap .
Tuang adunan ke dlm loyang yg disapu minyak dan dipanaskan di dlm kukusan
Kukus selama 30-40 min.
Sejukkan kuih kaswi dulu baru dipotong dan disajikan bersama kelapa parut putih.

Bahan2
1 gemgam  ikan bilis-goreng garing ketepikan
terong pipit - ketok kasi pecah sikit jer
5cili merah *
cili padi - ikut suka pedas mana *
3ulas bawang merah*
2ulas bawang putih*
1bawang besar - di hiris
*tumbuk kesemua bahan2 bertanda*
CARA:
tumis  bahan2 tumbuk tadi sampai garing
kemudian masukkan terong pipit tadi berserta  ikan bilis.
tumis lagi hingga betul2 garing baru masukkan bawang besar hiris + garam  gaul rata.

1 pek jumbo roti gardenia
3 sudu besar susu pekat
1  gengam prune
1 gengam kurma ajwa
700ml santan
3 biji telur
100g butter -dicairkan
1 cawan gula
1 sudu the esen vanila.
Roti d siat2 jgn trlalu kecil
 masukan. prune, kurma ajwa ,bancuh susu dgn santan masukan dlm roti tadi kacau rata.
Blend telur. gula . esen vanila sampai hancur.
masukan ke dlm roti bersama butter. .kacau rata.
panaskn oven sapukn sedikit butterke dlm lyg dn tuangkn bahan2 tadi dlm lyg.bakar slama 1jam pakai api atas bwh.skiranya atas telah garing tukar api bwh saja..

Ferrero Rocher Dark Chocolate Brownies

Ferrero Rocher Dark Chocolate Brownies

Ingredients:
300g Dark Chocolate, chopped
175g butter , chopped
130(fine )brown sugar
pinch of salt
4 eggs,room temperature + lightly beaten
1tsp vanilla concentrated extract
130g plain flour,sifted
30gcocoa powder,sifted
30 Ferrero Rocher, chopped and divided into 2 

Method
1. preheat oven to170C. line dish with baking paper. mix flour and cocoa powder together, set aside.
2. melt chocolate and butter in a heat-proof bowl over a pot of barely simmering water. stir gently and constantly until smooth.add sugar and salt . stir until all sugar dissolved. Remove from heat.
3. continue to stir for 30sec  . add beaten eggs. mix well . add vanilla extract. mix well.
4. add flour and cocoa powder mixture in 3 separate rounds. mix well on each addition.
5. pour the brownie batter into the dish. mix in half chopped
Ferrero Rocher and stir gently. flatten with a dough scraper.

6. Sprinkle the half chopped Ferrero Rocher  on top of brownies .
7. bake @170C for 5min then reduce to 160C and continue to bake for 20min or until the cake tester comes out clean.
8. let to cool down completely in the dish.
9. refrigerated for 12 hour before cutting..
