stand mixer combine, butter, oil and sugar and mix thoroughly<o:p></o:p></span></div>

butter milk. Mix well, scrape edges and bottom of bowl to make sure everything

mix gently and then add bananas and mix gently again.<o:p></o:p></span></div>

evenly into the greased and floured bundt pan..<span style="color: #cc0000;">ady use 9×3bundt pan and the
rest in cupcake.. </span> (do not fill bundt pan more than ⅔ full) and
bake in the 350 degree oven for 50-60 minutes or until toothpick comes out
clean.<o:p></o:p></span></div>

cake from oven. Put cake (still in the pan) into your freezer and freeze for

Sift the flours together and add in half of the flour mixture. Beat on low
until they come together. Add in the remaining flour mixture and stop mixing as
soon as they get combined. Let the dough rest for at least 10 minutes.<o:p></o:p></span></b></div>

<b><span style="font-size: 16.0pt;">4. Next -. Roll the dough out into balls about 1.5 to
2 times larger than the jam balls. The
initial rolling process can get a little messy in the beginning especially when
it's still fresh and moist. But as they continue to firm up in the air, the
rolling will get easier. Just be sure you work with clean hands to minimize the
stickiness.<o:p></o:p></span></b></div>

<b><span style="font-size: 16.0pt;">5. Wrapping time! Gently flatten a piece of dough.
Place the jam right in the middle. Wrap the dough around the filling. Continue to wrap around and enclose the jam.
Lightly pinch the end point to seal the dough casing. Smooth out surface by
rolling it into a ball. Repeat with the rest of the dough and jam.<o:p></o:p></span></b></div>

<b><span style="font-size: 16.0pt;">6. Line the tarts on a baking sheet lined with a parchment
paper. Glaze the tarts with the egg yolks. Do them nice and neat with a brush.

minutes. Add a minute or two as needed. Let the cookies cool down completely

lemon juice, cinnamon sticks and salt. Bring to a full boil over high heat,
stirring occasionally to ensure that the sugar dissolves. Once boiled, stop
stirring and turn down the heat to low. Simmer for 5 minutes until slightly
thickened; SET A TIMER! Transfer to a glass measuring cup and set aside to cool
while making and the phyllo cups; when syrup is cool, discard the cinnamon
stick.</span></b></div>

aside.<o:p></o:p></span></b></div>

<b><span style="font-size: 18.0pt;">In a very small bowl, heat the 3 tablespoons of butter
in the microwave until melted. Set aside for a while and allow the white milk
solids of the melted butter to settle in the bottom of the bowl. You're just
going to use the yellow fat floating on top.<o:p></o:p></span></b></div>

<b><span style="font-size: 18.0pt;">Place 1 phyllo sheet on a work surface and cover the
remaining sheets with a clean damp towel to prevent from drying.<o:p></o:p></span></b></div>

little of the yellow part of the melted butter. Top the buttered phyllo sheet
with 1 more sheet and brush with the butter in the same manner. Continue with
the process of layering and brushing with the remaining 3 phyllo sheets. Top
with the sixth sheet, but do not butter that one.<o:p></o:p></span></b></div>

<b><span style="font-size: 18.0pt;">Using a sharp knife, cut the phyllo stack into 12
equal squares or 9 rectangles if you want them bigger.<o:p></o:p></span></b></div>

each buttered muffin cup,(you can put some nuts in the centre) creating a

in color; about 12 minutes. Immediately pour the cooled cinnamon honey syrup on
top of each hot phyllo cup. Allow the cups to soak the syrup and cool until

allow any excess syrup to drip. Transfer the phyllo cups to a wire rack that's
been placed on top of a sheet a foil or baking sheet. Let the phyllo cups cool
completely over the wire rack, allowing any excess syrup to drip off.<o:p></o:p></span></b></div>

perfectly here. If using cinnamon ice cream, omit the cinnamon in the recipe.
