Kaswi Pandan

Kaswi Pandan

resepi : dari cikuhafi

Sumber : journey to simplicity / Mala SINIbahan-bahan
1 cwn tepung gandum
1 1/2 cwn gula pasir
1 sb tepung ubi2 cwn air
beberapa helai daun pandan
sedikit perwarna hijau
1 sk air kapur makan
1/2 biji kelapa parut (putih shj)
sedikit garam - gaul bersama kelapa parut dan kukus sebentar
Cara-cara
1. Kisar daun pandan bersama air dan tapis.
2. Satukan tepung gandum, tepung ubi dan gula bersama air pandan dan kisar sekali lagi. (kecuali kelapa parut dan garam)
2. Tapis bahan yang telah di kisar ke dalam loyang yang telah diglis dengan sedikit minyak dan kukus selama 30-40 minit.
3. Setelah masak, sejukkan terlebih dahulu.
4. Potong menggunakan pisau plastik dan gaul bersama kelapa parut yang telah digaul bersama garam.
