BONE STEAK (SUP TULANG)

*BONE STEAK ( SUP TULANG )*

Ingredients :

6 garlic

2 onion

1 cm ginger

3 ladles (senduk)chillie paste [ ady guna 4 senduk]

3 ladles (senduk) tomato sauce [ ady guna 4 senduk]

3 kg steak bones


3 potatoes ~ boiled and blend with a bit of water (to puree)

1 egg ~ slightly beaten [ ady guna 3 biji telur]

salt

sugar

white pepper

zeal (aji-no-moto) ~ optional

Oil

Method :

1. Boil the steak bones with 1 tablespoon soup powder (rempah sup) till the steak is tender, about 2 to 3 hours. But if you are using the pressure cooker, it'll take only 30 minutes or so.

2. Grind garlic, onion and ginger.

3. Heat a bit of oil in a pot. Add in the chillie paste and the grinded ingredients. Fry till fragrant.

4. Add in the tender steak, tomato sauce and the stock. Not too much stock as this soup is supposed to be rather thick.

5. Add in salt, a bit of sugar, white pepper and zeal.

6. Add in the potato puree and stir till thickens.

7. Finally add in an egg, stir for just a little while and remove from heat.

  1. sedapnya nampak sup tulang ni..hari tu nampak di rumah ayu..makan dgn roti memang sedap..rasa nak buat esoklah..hari ni tak boleh sbb dah ada plan lain..hehe

    Selamat berpuasa dan menjlnkan ibadah...

    wah ada bone steak kat sini...nie kan salah satu my hubby's favourite...kalau dh mkn dia tk ingat dunia....hehe...nanti ptg hantar kat family akak sikit ya?? Akak buat muker 50 sen nie!!Hehehe.

  3. Salam abg edy! eh? semalam pun kita buatkan lauk berbuak hb kita sup tulang merah singapura niii, mmg suke dgn sup merah ni sedappppppppp!!!!!!! tak jemu makan nii, ratah gitu pun kita suke :D
