Bingka Roti Sardin Berchezz

Bahan2  A:
* 2 tin sardin (hancurkan)
* 10 biji cili padi - hiris
* 3biji cili hijau/merah - hiris
 *1 biji bawang besar - dadu
* masak semua bahan ni hingga kering..

Bahan2  B:
1 buku roti – potong dadu
3 kotak (250ml) susu full cream
2 tangkai daun sup & bawang – hiris nipis
300g  mozzarella cheese
10 biji telur -  - dipukul ringan
2 sudu mkn lada hitam
2 gengam bawang goreng – letak lebih pun tak apa…
gram/perasa
Cara2:
Campur semua bhn2 cecair + garam + telur + roti – gaul smpai roti serap semua cecair + bahan2 A
Masukkan daun bawang + 200g mozzarella cheese +dan bwg goreng lalu digaul rata…masuk kan dlm loyang yg dialas dgn kertas…taburkan bal mozzarella cheese diatasnya…bakar 180 selama 45 mnit..sedap dimkn bersama sos cili + mayo….soooo yummy!!!

Maggi Pie


Maggi Pie

Bahan:
- 3 packet maggi kari
-1packet rempah maggi kari
- bawang putih 3 ulas dihiris
- 1bawang besar dipotong kiub
- 3 cili padi  dihiris halus
- 2 cili hijau dihiris halus
-2 cili merah dihiris halus
-300g grounded bee
-300g udang -buang kulit
- 5 chicken sausage-diptg bulat2
-*sedikit fresh oregano
-* sedikit fresh rosemary
-* sedikit fresh parsle
-*sedikit fresh coriander
-*sedikit fresh daun kucai
bahan*dihiris halus..
- 1 biji tomato- di dadu
-6 biji telur
-1sudu mkn black pepper
-1 sudumkn Red Pepper Flakes
-1/2 serbuk paprika
-350ml susu fresh
- 500 gMozzarella Cheese
 - minyak masak
- garam

Cara:
1. Rebus  maggi  sampai lembutkan dah di toskan.
2. Tumis bawang putih dan bawang besar serta cili..masukan rempah kari maggi tumis sampai wangi
3. Masukkan daging udang chicken sausage tumis sampai masak.
4. Masukkan black pepper  Red Pepper Flakes serbuk paprika gaul rata
5. Masukkan  semua bahan bertanda * + tomato + garam dan rasakan ..gaul rata .
6. Padamkan api  masukkan maggi dan mozzarella cheese . Gaulkan hingga rata.
7. Masukkan adunan maggi dengan bahan tadi dalam pie dish yang disukai (tak semestinya bulat).
8. Pukul telur dalam mangkuk  dan campurkan susu  ..tuangkan ke dalam adunan pie tadi dan taburkan sedikit mozarella cheese diatas pie.
9.Bakar pada suhu 160/180 darjah selama 25-30 minit atau sampai masak

Quiche Ayam


Quiche Ayam

Bahan Pastri :
250 gr tepung  gandum
1/4 sdt garam
120 gr mentega
4 sdm air batu 

Bahan Isi :

1 buah bawang bombai, cincang kasar
1 sdm margarin 
200g chicken slice-  hiris tipis 
*sedikit bayam- daunnye je

250g isi ayam- dihiris iris tipis

1 buah tomato, buang isinya, potong dadu
*1 buah lada benggala- potong dadu

200 ml susu cair 
4 butir telur ayam
1/2 sdt garam 
**1  sdt lada putih

**4 sdt lada hitam

**1/4 sdt buah pala
**1/4 cili powder

100 gr keju cheddar parut 
*sedikit rosemary & thyme-hiris
Cara membuat :
1.       Pastri :: campur tepung, mentega dan garam, gaul ramas menggunakan ujung jari hingga adonan membentuk butiran.Tuangkan air batu sedikit demi sedikit, gaul hingga adonan bercampur rata Bulatkan adonan dan istirahatkan selama 15-30 menit. Simpan dalam peti sejuk.
2.       Giling tipis adonan, cetak dalam loyang pie .  Cucuk permukaannya dengan garfu., BAKAR pada suhu 180'C selama 10-15 menit hingga setengah MASAK.
3.       UNTUK INTI PAI: Tumis bawang bombay dengan margarin hingga harum dan layu, masukkan CHICKEN SLICE, isi ayam masak sampai isi ayam betul2 masak..lalu masukkan yg bertanda*gaul rata..masukkan yg bertanda** + garam gaul rata sekali lagi dan rasa… angkat.    
4.       Campur jadi satu susu, telur dan keju parut. Kocok sampai tercampur rata. Isikan dengan inti  didalam loyang pie, ratakan.Taburkan tomato dan tuang campuran susu hingga loyang terisi penuh....bakar  lagi  didalam oven selama 30min atau sampai  masak…

Mini Shrimp Quiche


Mini Shrimp Quiche
1 (9 inch) unbaked  mini pie shells
4 eggs
1 1/2 cups evaporated milk or 1 1/2 cups light cream
1 teaspoon tarragon
1/4 teaspoon pepper
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup cooked shrimp
 1/2 cup cheese-shredded
                              1/4 cup green pepper and onion-chopped                                     

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Partially  bake mini pie shell on the lowest rack in the oven for 8 minutes. Remove from oven and reduce heat to350 degrees.
ightly beat eggs , add cream, salt,pepper,and desired seasoning. Spread shrimp cheese, green pepper and onion in partially baked  mini shell. Pour in egg mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for35 to 40 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean. Serve hot.

TOMATO BACON QUICHE


 
Tomato Bacon Quiche

Adapted from Pioneer Woman's Perfect Pie Crust.

PIE CRUST:
120g plain flour
 1/3 tsp salt
 50g butter, very cold
 17g shortening
 10ml cold water

Measure the flour and salt into your food processor.
 Pulse to evenly combine the ingredients.
 Add the butter and shortening and pulse till the mixture resembles bread crumbs.
 Add the cold water and pulse till the mixture comes together slightly.
 Pour onto a lightly floured surface and knead a few times till a dough comes together.

 If you are working in a cold kitchen (lucky you!) and the dough feels firm enough to roll, go ahead.
 Otherwise, if your kitchen is hot and humid like mine, pop the dough into the fridge for about 20 minutes or so till it firms up.
 But, again, I got lazy (and hungry) and couldn't wait for more than 5 minutes, so I improvised and just pressed the dough into the tart pans.  This, I discovered, was much easier than trying to roll out the soft, floppy dough.
 Prick the dough with a fork (so they don't balloon in the oven).
 Place pie weights into the pan (optional).
 Bake at 180*C for about 8-10 min, then carefully remove pie weights and bake the shells for another 5 min. 
 While waiting for the shells to cool, prepare the filling.


The filling:

2 rashes bacon (or ham), chopped
 8 cherry tomatoes, quartered
 1/3 cup peas
 some finely diced onions
 60g of your favourite cheese, grated or finely diced (I used cheddar, but parmesan, swiss or even blue cheese will be fine)
 some basil, sage and parsley (or any herb of your choice)
 2 eggs
 3/4 cup (180ml) milk
 pinch of salt and pepper


 Place the chopped bacon into a skillet and heat till the fat is rendered.
 Add onions and cook till soft.
 Add tomatoes and peas and cook till soft.
 Season with herbs, salt and pepper to taste.
 Spoon into quiche shells.
 Sprinkle cheese on top.
 In a measuring cup, stir the eggs, milk and salt/pepper to combine.
 Pour into quiche shells till it reaches the brim.
 Bake at 180*C for about 15 min.
 Best served warm, with a side of rocket salad.

Spagetthi Meatballs

**Spagetthi  Meatballs**
Bahan untuk sos:
Bawang besar 1 biji - didadu
Bawang putih 2 ulas - dicincang
2 sudu besar chili paste –
500gm mince meat
4 biji tomato - didadu
1 botol bolognese sause (brand Prego )
Garam, oregano herb & black pepper secukupnya
daun parsley dan parmesan cheese – optional 
Bahan untuk meatball: 
Bawang besar 1/2 biji - dicincang
Bawang putih 1 ulas - dicincang
Mince meat ikut suka berapa banyak
Telur 1 biji
Tepung gandum 2 sudu makan
Garam secubit.
sedikit serbuk lada sulah
- Gaul semua sekali. Bila dah sebati kepal-kepalkan bentuk bulat.
Cara-cara:
Tumis bawang besar,bawang putih  hingga layu. Masukkan chili paste, kacau sampai chili masak.
Masukkan mince meat, kacau hingga daging masak.
Masukkan meatball  (tapi jangan 'godak' secara ganas ye nanti meatball hancur )
Masukkan bolognese sause dan tomato . Masak hingga tomato hancur.
Masukkan garam, black pepper dan oregano herb  secukup rasa.
Kalau sos dah didih, dah boleh matikan.
Hidangkan sos bersama spagetthi dan taburkan dengan daun parsley dan parutan keju parmesan jika suka.

Note : resepi telah diubah sedikit.




Bahan2  A:
* 1 sardin (hancurkan)
 *8 batang sosej potong bulat2
* masak semua bahan ni hingga kering 




Bahan2  B:
1 buku roti – potong dadu
3 kotak (250ml) susu full cream
2 tangkai daun sup & bawang – hiris nipis
10  slice chedar chezz – dadu kecil
8 biji telur -  - dipukul ringan
1 sudu mkn lada sulah
3 biji kentang  - potong panjang dan digoreng ( ady potong dadu)
garam
2 gengam bawang goreng – letak lebih pun tak apa…





Cara2:
Campur semua bhn2 cecair + garam sket + telur + roti – gaul smpai roti serap semua cecair + bahan2 A
Masukkan daun bawang + kentang + chezz dan bwg goreng lalu digaul rata…masuk kan dlm loyang yg dialas dgn kertas…taburkan bawang goreng diatasnya…bakar 180 selama 45 mnit..sedap dimkn bersama sos cili + mayo….soooo yummy!!!

Quiche with Cream Cheese Pastry

~Quiche with Cream Cheese Pastry~

Bahan:

125g cream cheese

125g butter, chopped (if using unsalted butter, add 1/4 teaspoon fine table salt with the butter)

190g (1 1/4 cups) plain flour

160g shaved leg ham, finely chopped

150g (1 1/2 cups, firmly packed) grated tasty cheddar cheese

5 large eggs (we use eggs with a minimum weight of 59g)

62ml (1/4 cup) cream

1/2 medium onion, finely chopped

1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Salt and pepper, to taste

LET’S DO IT:

Place cream cheese and butter in a food processor and beat on low speed until mixture is smooth and creamy.Scrape down sides of processor. Add flour and process just until mixture starts to clump together.

Grease a 24cm diameter pie plate and line the base with a circle of baking paper. Using your fingers, press the pastry over the base and sides of the pie plate.Refrigerate while preparing filling.

Adjust the oven rack to the lowest shelf position. Preheat oven to 190 degrees Celsius (not fan forced).

Using a fork or whisk, beat eggs, cream, nutmeg, salt and pepper together in a medium bowl until combined.Sprinkle about half the grated cheese over the base of the pastry case.Sprinkle with half the chopped onion and cover with the chopped ham.Sprinkle with the remaining onion and cheese. Pour over the egg mixture.

Place quiche on the lowest shelf in the oven (being close to the bottom element will help brown the pastry base) and cook for about 50 minutes, or until the filling is golden and set. Set aside for five minutes to firm up before slicing.
