Ingredients
500 gram jackfruit, boil untill soft,and cut into bite sizes
500 gram chayote (Indonesian: labu siam), peeled, cored, and cut into bite sizes
150 gram melinjo nuts (Indonesian: buah melinjo)
150 gram melinjo leaves (Indonesian: daun melinjo)
100 gram snake bean (Indonesian: kacang panjang), cut into 2 inches lengths
100 gram small corn (Indonesian: jagung muda), each cut into two
1 tomato, quartered
1½ liter water
2 lemon grass (Indonesian: sereh), bruised
8 fresh bay leaves (Indonesian: daun salam)
25 gram galangal (Indonesian: lengkuas), peeled and bruised
60 gram palm sugar (Indonesian: gula Jawa)
20 gram tamarind pulp (Indonesian: asam Jawa)
1 tablespoon salt
Grind the following into spice paste
10 red chilie
10 chilie padi
5 shallots
3 cloves garlic
5 candlenuts
1 inch fresh ginger, peeled
1 inch fresh turmeric, peeled (or about 1 teaspoon turmeric powder)
10 gram (about ½ tablespoon) shrimp paste (Indonesian: terasi)
Instructions
Boil water in a soup pot, then add the spice paste, lemon grass, bay leaves, galangal, palm sugar, tamarind pulp, and salt and cook for 3-5 minutes or until fragrant.
Add the melinjo nuts and melinjo leaves and cook for 10 minutes on medium heat.
Add jackfruit, chayote, snake beans, corns, and tomatoes and cook for another 15-20 minutes or until all vegetables are tender and cooked through. Adjust salt as needed. Remove from heat and serve warm.

400g keledek oren
300g gula castor
400g tepung gandum
2biji telor
1 sd kecil garam
200g santan
*1 packet mauripan
*1sd kecil gula
*200g air
kelapa parut putih
warna oren* optional
caranye:
1.  keledek direbus dan dilecek.
2. campur bhn2  bertanda* ketepikan.
3. pukul telor dan gula  hingga kembang lalu masukkan  keledek yg dah di lecek , bancuhan yeast , tepung , santan ..gaul rata..
4. perap 1 jam
5. masukkan dlm acuan dan kukus lebih kurang 30min..
6. hidang bersama kelapa parut…

Bahan :
4 ekor ikan kembong rebus
 6 butir bawang merah, di iris tipis
3 siung bawang putih,di iris tipis
 2 btg cili hijau - ptg serong
2 btg cili merah - ptg serong
15  biji cili badi - ptg serong
1 sudu teh lada putih
 sedikit belacan
sedikit kicap jalen lemak manis
1 cube pati ayam
Petai
tomato - ptg 4
garam secukupnya 
Cara membuat : Goreng ikan kembung rebus. Tumis bawang merah dan bawang putih, belacan, pati ayam sampai harum. masukkan petai ,cili  hijau / merah / cili padi gaul rata. Tuang sedikit air, kicap jalen ,lada putih dan garam  gaul rata .masukkan  tomato dan ikan kembung rebus goreng . Masak sampai meresap dan kuah menyusut sedikit. Sajikan hangat dengan nasi putih..yummy...!

Rendang Padang

Bahan 2 :
 1 kg Daging  (goreng/batang pinang) lembu/sapi dipotong potong dan cuci bersih.
3 biji kelapa santan pekat (1000ml santan)
* 35 biji bawang merah kecil (masakkan padang selalunya menggunakan bawang merah kecil)
 *15 biji bawang putih
*1 5-20  tangkai cili kering (potong serong lalu direbus kemudian ditapis....biar keluar biji lada)
*1 inci halia
*1/2 inci kunyit hidup
*2 sdt lada putih biji
*6  helai daun limau purut
* yg bertanda dikisar halus…….
1 inci lengkuas - dititik
4 batang serai - 2 btg dititik dan *2 btg dikisar
3 biji bunga  lawang
1 -2 keping asam gelugor
3 sb kerisik
4 helai daun kunyit - disiat2
8 helai daun limau purut - disiat2
4 helai daun salam - disiat2 - yg fresh - bukan yg kering
garam, gula secukup rasa
secukup air - jika perlu 
Caranya...
 masukkan kesemua bahan2, daging, daun dan santan serta sedikit garam dahulu dalam periuk besar dan mula dengan api yang besar....sesekali kacau/aduk jgn sampai santan pecah.
....apabila kuah mula memekat api diturunkan sederhana....dan waktu ini mudah terbakar...harus dijaga....kalau waktu itu daging belum empuk....masukkan air....keringkan....masukkan air lagi....dilakukan begini sampai daging benar2 sudah empuk....maka baru dikeringkan atau kuah pekat ikut selera …jika perlu tambah garam dan gula

Moist Traditional Marble Butter Cake

250 g  butter
 100 g  margarine ( I used butter)
 1/4 teaspoon  salt
 250 g  sugar
 250 g  flour
2 tablespoons good quality cocoa powder
 1 teaspoon  baking powder
 5  eggs
 1 teaspoon  vanilla
100ml buttermilk
Directions:
 1 Preheat oven to 180degrees celsius.
 2 Sift baking powder and flour into a bowl.
 3 In another bowl, cream margarine, butter, salt and sugar till fluffy. Add eggs in one at a time, only     after the previous egg has been thoroughly mixed into the batter.
 4 Add vanilla, buttermilk and sifted ingredients into the batter and mix well. Divide the batter into two, 3/4 in one batch and the rest in another bowl. Sieve cocoa powder over the lesser batch and fold to mix well. Pour batter into tin, alternating between the two mixtures, starting with the yellow batter and ending with the cocoa mixture. Rap pan on counter several times to eliminate air bubbles. With a long skewer, swirl around the batter to create the marble effect. Bake for 50 minutes.
 5 Note: it might start getting kinda brown at 20 mins, so I strongly reccomend that you tent it with tin foil after around 20 mins, to prevent the top from burning due to the large amt of butter in the recipe

Bahan2
1 ekor ikan patin
2 batang serai - dititik
*5 biji bawang putih
 *5 biji bawang merah
*1/2 inci kunyit hidup
*4 buah/ biji cekur
*10-20 biji cili padi ( tambah or kurang ikut kepedasan masing2)
*2sm halia
 *20gm belacan
yg bertanda * dikisar
santan secukupnya
10 biji belimbing buluh
daun kunyit
1 keping asam keping.
tomato
garam gula dan perasa secukup rasa
Cara2
1 Masukkan bahan2 kisar dan santan ke dalam periuk.
 2 Kacau rata dan masukkan asam keping. (lemak ni elok api kecilkan utk elakkan dari pecah lemak)
 3 Masukkan serai, daun kunyit dan biarkan mendidih .kacau hingga terbit bau seketika.
 4 Akhir sekali masukkan ikan dan biarkan mendidih.
 5 Perasakan dengan garam secukup rasa dan biarkan mendidih dan masukkan tomato dan belimbing.
 6 Angkat dan hidangkan.

Kuih Lapis Ubi

Bahan-bahan :
  1 kg ubi yang telah dikupas
 350 ml santan
 200 gr gula pasir
100g kelapa parut putih - yg muda
  7gr agar-agar  -warna putih
  1 sdt garam
 Pewarna makanan merah hijau kuning

 Bahan taburan (campur, kukus 10 menit) :
  150 gr kelapa parut putih - yg muda
  1/4 sdt garam
2 helai daun pandan
 Cara membuat :
 1. Parut ubi .Peras ubi menggunakan kain bersih, namun jangan sampai ubi terlalu kering (sekitar 2x gerakan memeras).
 2. Campur gula pasir, garam, dan agar-agar  dalam wadah. gaul rata. Masukkan santan, gaul kembali hingga tercampur rata
 3. Masukkan parutan ubi ,kelapa parut  gaul  hingga  rata.
 4. Bagi  adonan menjadi 3 bagian, beri warna.
 5. Panaskan kukusan berisi air hingga mendidih.  sapukan sedikit minyak masak kedlm  loyang .
 6. Masukkan lapisan warna merah ke dalam loyang, kukus selama 20 menit dengan api sedang.
 7. Masukkan lapisan warna hijau (menimpa lapisan merah) ke dalam loyang, kukus selama 20 menit.
 8. Masukkan lapisan warna kuning (menimpa lapisan hijau) ke dalam loyang, kukus selama 40 menit (sampai bagian kuning tidak berair lagi).
 9. Angkat dari kukusan, dinginkan terlebih dahulu sebelum di potong-potong. Taburi dengan kelapa parut saat disajikan.
