Steamed Bolu Pandan Gulung
Resepi : Bisous ‘a Toi

Ingredients:
5 egg yolk
2 egg white
1/2 tsp emulsifier
60g sugar
70g flour
35g margarine (melted) - i used butter
1 tbsp daun suji water taken fm 10 pcs of daun suji - i used 1/2 tbsp pandan paste
2 drops green colouring
75g serikaya for filling
Method:
Whisk eggs, emulsifier and sugar till thick and fluffy. Fold in sifted flour in several additions and mix it thoroughly. In another bowl add in melted butter. pandan paste and green colouring. Add pandan mixture into ur egg/flour mixture a little at a time and continue to stir till well blended.
Pour batter into a greased 24x24x4 pan that has baking paper. Steam using medium fire for abt 15 mins. Once cooked, take it out of ur pan immediately and spread serikaya on ur cake. Roll it tightly and keep it in ur fridge for an hr bef u slice em.

Bahan-bahan:
300 gm beras pulut (boleh dpt dlm 10- 12kpg)
1/2 sk kapur-(Ayu gunakan 2 sudu besar air kapur)
kelapa parut
sedikit garam
daun pisang
~ *Utk air gula*
1 buku gula melaka (dlm 150 gm lah)
100 gram gula merah
beberapa helai daun pandan
1 cawan air-(Ayu gunakan ni)
secubit garam -(Ayu tambah)
Cara-cara:
Rendam pulut dgn air kapur selama 2-3 jam ( Satu jam pun okey ). Toskan beras pulut yg telah direndam.
*Utk air gula* masak gula melaka dan gula merah, masukkan daun pandan yg disimpul. Masak sehingga pekat. Biarkan air gula sejuk.
Siat/potong daun pisang selebar 3 inci.... Ikut sukelah lagi lebar, lagi besar kuih lopes yg akan kita dapat.
Layurkan daun pisang..... Sbb saya tak rajin, saya celur jer sikit ngan air panas....
Buat bentuk segitiga pada hujung daun pisang dan masukkan beras pulut (dlm 2 sb) dan bungkus.... Buat 2-3 kpg dan ikat ( saya ikat pakai getah gelang jer)... Buatlah hingga habis. Pastikan bungkus pulut padat2... kalau tak pulut akan terkeluar atau pecah.....
Rebus kuih yg dibungkus selama 2 jam.... Lagi lama lagi baik.... kueh yg terhasil lebih cantik dan tahan lebih lama...(Ayu rebus dalam pressure cooker, tenggelamkan dan rebus sampai bunyi kuat 5 kali)-anggaran dalam 10-15 minit)
Bila siap rebus..... toskan kuih lopes dan biarkan sejuk......
Dah sejuk buang ler daun pisang tu.... balut ngan kelapa parut yg telah di gaul dgn sedikit garam.... makan dgn air gula.....
