Ikan Tenggiri Black Pepper

Bahan-Bahan:

500g ikan tenggiri

1 cawan kicap pekat black pepper

1 cawan minyak

1 s/b kunyit

1 s/k garam

Sedikit air [boleh jugak tambahkan lagi air kalau nak berkuah]

Bahan Hiris:

1 labu bawang besar – [ hiris ]

2 ulas bawang putih – [ hiris ]

1 inci halia - [ hiris ]

2 biji cili hijau -[ hiris ]

2 biji cili merah -[ hiris ]

1 pelepah daun kari

Cara:

1. Ikan dibersihkan dan digaulkan dengan kunyit dan sedikit garam. Gorengkan seperti biasa tetapi jangan garing.

2. Keluarkan separuh minyak dan masukkan bahan yg dihiriskan bersama dun kari . Kacau rata.

3. Masukkan kicap pekat black pepper dan garam gaul rata.

4. Masukkan air [boleh jugak tambahkan lagi air kalau nak berkuah]

. sesuaikan rasa mengikut citarasa anda.

5. Tuangkan kuah atas ikan didalam pinggan dan hidangkan.
